ABOUT ME
My name is Stephanie and I'm the face behind Rogue Pet Photography.

I was born and raised capturing the beautiful people and pets of Saskatchewan! I’ve worn a variety of hats on my quest to build Rogue Pet Photography, each helping me be a better photographer.
​
Eight years working closely with young offenders taught me about connecting with people from all walks of life, and taught me even more about myself. I learned the importance of meeting people on a genuine level, creating a comfortable environment and capturing the true candid beauty of all my subjects.

More recently, the course I unexpectedly found myself on led me to a career of working with animals. Fostering, pet care and finally becoming a professional dog trainer solidified my hunch that in order for me to truly live a life of joy, my universe needed to involve documenting the unique and awesome relationships that humans have with their pets.

Skills I’ve learned from working closely with an unusually wide range of animals have helped me become confident, patient and comfortable to work with even the most challenging of pets. Big, small, scaled, scruffy, grumpy, or not-so-graceful, I am blessed to be able to provide an opportunity for families of all make-ups to have photos that include their whole world.
